These terms explain how itriptour.uz works and what the request you leave actually means. By using the site you accept them.
The site shows tours we select from tour operators and accepts requests for them. Prices, departure dates and seat availability come from the operator’s system and change during the day.
We try to keep the information accurate, but we cannot promise that a seat you see now will still be free in an hour.
Hotel photos and descriptions are supplied by the tour operator. The hotel may have changed hands since, closed the pool for repairs or rebuilt its rooms — check the current state with a manager before you pay.
Sending the form does not reserve a seat and does not oblige you to pay. It is a request for a call back.
A manager contacts you, checks availability and the final price with the operator, and only then offers to proceed.
Tour descriptions, prices and photos are for reference. The final terms of the trip — route, hotel, meals, dates and price — are fixed in the tour product contract we sign with you before any payment.
A tour price is shown in euros or US dollars — whichever currency the operator uses for it. The amount in soum next to it is for reference, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Payment is accepted as agreed in the contract. We do not take payments through the site.
When leaving a request, give a real name and phone number — otherwise we cannot call you back.
A valid passport with sufficient validity, visas, permits to take a child abroad and other travel documents are the traveller’s responsibility. We warn you about the requirements and help, but we cannot file documents on your behalf.
Before the contract is signed we take you through the traveller’s memo and have you sign it: passport validity, whether a visa is required, the notarised consent of the second parent to take a child abroad, border and customs rules, insurance terms.
This part costs money, so read it twice: if the embassy refuses a visa or you are turned back at the border, the trip counts as cancelled on your side. The cancellation charge still stands — a visa refusal does not waive it.
Check-in for international flights opens three hours before departure — be at the airport when it does. It closes well before take-off, and a passenger who misses the flight is not boarded: that is not grounds for a refund.
Cancelling a confirmed booking almost always costs money: the flight, hotel and insurance are booked in advance and the supplier keeps part of the amount. How much depends on how many days before departure you cancel and on the rules of that particular hotel and carrier.
We show the exact cancellation terms before the contract is signed and write them into it. Ask about them before you pay, not after.
If a cancellation does happen, we ask the tour operator to reduce the amount withheld. Whether that works depends on the hotel and the airline, and we cannot promise a result.
We select the tour, prepare the paperwork and follow your trip with the operator.
The services themselves — flight, accommodation, transfer, insurance — are provided by the airline, hotel, tour operator and insurer under their own rules. The tour operator that assembled the tour is named in the contract and on the voucher.
Complaints about service quality are handled as set out in the contract and in the tourism legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A baggage claim — delay, loss, damage — must be filed with the carrier at the arrival airport before you leave the baggage hall: later it will not be accepted.
The texts, the selection of tours and the design of the site are ours.
Destination photos come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences — the author and licence of each photo are listed on a separate page. Hotel photos are supplied by the tour operator.
We may change these terms — the date of the current version is at the top of the page.
The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies. We try to settle any dispute by talking first: call or write to us.
